Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the full fee.

Insurance

Psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist is not covered by OHIP, but may be covered by extended health benefits. Receipts are provided.

First session

We will go deeper into what brought you here and begin shaping a plan. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
